AREA-BY-AREA USAGE GUIDE • Arms: 5 mins each – Glide from elbow to armpit
• Abdomen: 10 mins – Use Z-motions and circles around the navel
• Buttocks: 10 mins – Glide in Z-motions and upwards to the thigh
• Thighs: 5 mins each – Glide from knee to top of thigh
• Hips: 5 mins each – Glide inwards in Z-patterns
• Calves: 10 mins total
USAGE GUIDE: Apply a conductive gel or lotion before use to keep skin comfortably moist. Move the device in gentle circular motions, avoiding staying in one spot for too long.

• Recommended use: 2–3 times per week, up to 10 minutes per area.
