If you connect the Synergy device to charging dock and the device is not reacting, not beeping and/or the Red LED light above the ON/OFF button doesn’t turn on, then the device is not charging, please contact the office for technical assistance.

The Synergy device can be used on clean dry skin, but also in conjunction with facial creams. For optimal result we recommend pairing your device with Opatra's skincare range.

For optimal results, we recommend to be used 3 times per week, for at least 1 month and continue using the device for maintenance at least 1 per week.

The first button bellow the neck is the ON/OFF button and the button below is to select the LED colour.
Press the ON/OFF button for 5-10 seconds and the Yellow LED will start to flash. To activate or select the LED colour please press the MODE button without holding it down and the LED light on the top of the device will illuminate. The small Yellow LED light will stop flashing.
To switch to a different colour LED press the MODE button to select the desired colour.

The device is equipped with a touch sensor, therefore it will start to vibrate when is in contact with the skin. Sometimes the vibration is intermittent due to the skins moisture. For optimal result we recommend pairing your device with Opatra's skincare range.

It’s recommended to use the Synergy Neck device 2-3 times per week, 10-15 minutes per session.

The Blue LED light which has antibacterial properties and continue with RED and Green LED light.
Blue light for 2-3 minutes, RED for 8-10 minutes, Green for 3-5 minutes.

If you are concern about pigmentation then use the Green light for 8-10 minutes and allocate less time to the RED light. 

If the Synergy Eye device doesn’t turn on, please place the device in the charging dock and leave the device to charge for 2 hours. Once this step is complete, turn on the device; if the Synergy Eye device is working, please contact our office for technical assistance.

Use the device at least 2-3 times per week 2-3 minutes on each eye.

For fine lines and expression lines, firstly apply your eye cream/serum and then massage with the Synergy Eye device from the outside corner of the eye inwards in circular movements.

For puffiness and dark circles, firstly apply your eye cream/serum on clean dry skin and then massage with the device starting from the inner corner of the eyebrow outwards, following the eyebrow line, and move down slowly underneath the eye area inwards to the inner corner of the eye , creating a circle around the eye area; repeat this action for 2-3 minutes at least for each eye.

Please DO NOT pass the orbital bone and DO NOT use inside the eye socket. 

The Lux Brush can be used every day for 10-15 minutes per session.

No, the Lux Brush, can only be used on dry hair.
Please do not use the Lux Brush with hair products, hair cosmetics can be applied only after the treatment.  

The battery should last for approx. 4 hours

If you are feeling unwell after use of the Lux Brush, please stop using the device and refer to the contraindication list in the user manual.

The Opatra Pure Brush can be used every day, in the morning and evening.

For an everyday cleanse we use recommenced using the inside smaller bristles for a soft cleanse and select intensity level according to your preference.

For a deeper cleanse and exfoliation, use the outer larger bristles, selecting the intensity level according to your preference, 1-2 times per week. 

To use the Glow Mask, it must be plugged in, as it is not a wireless device. The LED is set to an automatic, benefiting from all the three light properties, but it is not mandatory.

According to your preference you can focus on a particular LED light by using the lateral switch button on the frame. 

The minimum recommended time is 2-3 times per week for a period of 1-2 months, afterwards the device can be used once a week for maintenance.

The Glow Mask can be used on its own, on clean dry skin or it can be used in conjunction with cosmetics, a facial cream/serum.
