PREPARE THE AREA
• Begin by ensuring your skin is clean, dry and free from oils or body lotion.
• Apply a generous, even layer of conductive gel to:
- The centre of the tummy
- Both sides of the waist, just above the hip bones
- Or directly to the electrodes and the ultrasound massage head
Note: The gel is essential - it allows energy to glide smoothly into the skin,
ensuring maximum comfort and effectiveness.
POSITION THE BELT:
1. Place the centre panel directly over your navel, allowing the side panels to rest gently on the waist, just above the hip line.
2. Pass the belt around your back and wrap it around your waist so the side panels sit comfortably on the tummy and waist, not on the hip bones.
3. Secure the belt so it fits securely and snugly, but not tightly. You should be able to breathe normally.
4. Ensure all panels lie flat against the skin for proper contact, with no gaps or creases.
5. Align the red-light head with the navel
6. Hold the side units on both sides and gently adjust them
into position using the sliders
7. While holding the units, rotate them until both units are level and correctly aligned.
SWITCHING ON THE BELT:
• Press and hold the Power button to switch the device on. The system will automatically check the battery level.
• Press the Power button briefly to switch between the central unit and the side units.
You are now ready to begin your sculpting session.
TREATMENT FREQUENCY:
For best results on the tummy and waist:
• Use 3–5 sessions per week
• Allow at least 24 hours between treatments on the same area
Consistency is key — with consistent use, your waistline can appear:
• Firmer
• Smoother
• More defined
Note: If you have sensitive skin, use the device for a shorter period than the recommended treatment time.
