Warranty Policy (Limited Lifetime Warranty)
At Opatra®, we stand behind the quality and performance of our devices. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is a commercial warranty provided by Opatra Ltd, in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected.
1. Scope of the Warranty
1.1 First 12 Months from Date of Purchase
If your device develops a verified technical defect within the first 12 months from the date of purchase, Opatra will provide a replacement device.
A shipping contribution fee will apply to all replacements during this period.
This warranty covers manufacturing or technical faults only and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or improper use
- Accidental damage
- Negligence or lack of care
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use not in accordance with product instructions
1.2 After 12 Months (Lifetime Coverage)
After the initial 12-month period, your product remains eligible under our Lifetime Care Replacement Service.
If your device develops a technical defect, you may request a replacement device subject to payment of a Lifetime Care Replacement Fee of £40 (or equivalent in euros).
This fee covers processing, quality control, and priority replacement handling.
No replacement will be issued without payment of this fee.
2. Warranty Conditions
This warranty:
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Is non-transferable
- Applies only to products purchased through authorized Opatra sales channels
- Requires valid proof of purchase
Opatra reserves the right to:
- Inspect and verify the reported defect
- Refuse claims that do not meet warranty conditions
- Replace products with the same model or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or discoloration) that does not affect functionality
- Loss or theft of the product
- Consumable parts (if applicable)
- Damage caused by external factors (including fire, water, or power surges)
4. Warranty Registration
To benefit from this warranty, you must register your product on our official website.
Failure to register may result in delays or inability to process your claim.
5. How to Make a Claim

When submitting a claim, you must provide:
- The product (preferably in original packaging)
- A copy of the original purchase invoice
- Any additional information requested for verification
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Replacement Process
- Once the product is received and inspected, Opatra will determine eligibility
- If approved, a replacement device will be issued
- Replacement devices may be new or refurbished to an equivalent standard
- Opatra is not responsible for any loss of accessories not included in the return
7. Territorial Scope
This warranty is valid in the United Kingdom and all countries of the European Union.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opatra shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business
- Any damages arising from improper use of the product
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
9. Statutory Rights Reminder
This commercial warranty applies without prejudice to your statutory rights.
You remain entitled to applicable legal guarantees, including:
- The legal guarantee of conformity
- Protection against hidden defects under applicable national laws
These rights apply independently of this warranty.
