Warranty Policy (Limited Lifetime Warranty)
At Opatra®, we stand behind the quality of our devices. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is a commercial warranty offered by Opatra Ltd, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Scope of the Warranty
- During the first 12 months from the date of purchase, Opatra will replace any device showing a technical defect.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- After the 12-month period, any replacement of a defective device will be subject to an administrative, shipping, and handling fee of £40 (or the equivalent in euros). No replacement will be made without this payment.
How to Activate & Claim
To activate your warranty, please register your product on our website.
To initiate a warranty claim, please first contact us at direction@opatralondon.com before sending back your product.
When making a claim, you must provide:
- The product in its original packaging.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice.

Territorial Scope
This warranty is valid in all countries of the European Union.
Reminder of Legal Guarantees
This commercial warranty applies without prejudice to your statutory rights, which remain fully applicable:
- The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), and
- The legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
These legal guarantees apply independently of this commercial warranty.
