Right of Withdrawal 

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, our Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the day the product/s has been received. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless exercising your statutory withdrawal right).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds:

• First check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank, as processing time can vary.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@opatra.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
