Please note that the LED lights can only be activated in the PHOTON function.

Press ON/OFF button to turn on the device, then press MODE button until PHOTON function is flashing on the screen and the press SHIFT button and the RED Light will come on, press again SHIFT Button and the BLUE function and if you press SHIFT again and it will switch to GREEN light.

Please note that the Massage can be activated from the MASSAGE function.

Press ON/OFF button to turn on the device, then press MODE button until the MASSAGE function is flashing on the screen and the press SHIFT button and then press the CFM button and the device will start operating.

The Dermisonic device can be used 1-2 per week for 15 minutes per session in total, for minimum 6-8 treatment.

With the Dermisonic device you need to use 3 main cosmetic products: an exfoliating gel for step 1, a facial mask for step 2 and a moisturizer for step 3.

The device should be charge for 2 hours only, please avoid to leave it on charge longer to avoid any damage to the battery .

In the case of teeth implants, please avoid using the Galvanic ( ION- and ION+) on that specific area; the rest of the functions ( Sonic, Massage and Photon are safe to use)

Yes, you can use multiple functions in the same time when performing the treatment.

ION+ is recommended to be used in step 1 when cleansing the face, it draws out impurities, toxins and dead cells.

ION- is recommended to be used in step 2 and 3, it helps the skin cream nutrients to penetrate deeper into the skin layers.

The rubber ring helps to protect the device from the vibrations and should be placed around the dent, next to the metal plate.

Yes, after 30 days have passed since getting the filler.

The Dermineck device can be used 2-3 times week, 10-15 minutes per session.

Press the ON/OFF button and since the Dermineck device works by smart sensor touch, it will start to operate when comes in contact with the skin.

You can use it with your favourite anti-aging moisturiser.

To turn on the device press and hold the ON/OFF button for 10-20 seconds or until the device turns on.

To change the color click once the ON/OFF button. 

Lift the plastic cap on the bottom of the device and insert the charging port. Please note that the Dermineck device comes with a USB charging cable.

When the battery is running low the RED light will start flashing, when placed on charge the BLUE light will start flashing; the device takes up to 3 hours to fully charge and the BLUE light stay on, indicates the battery has reached its saturation.

Apply your moisturiser and start massaging from the base of the neck up to the chin, repeat same movement on the same area for about 3-5 times, before moving to the other side.

The device works by smart touch sensor, it doesn’t have an ON/OFF button.

Dermieye is designed to work when comes in contact with the skin, if the device is not conducting please check if the battery is placed correctly, if that is not the case the device might not suitable for your skin.

The Dermieye device can be used daily, morning and/or evening with your favorite eye cream/serum.

Apply the cream/serum and massage for 1-2 minutes around each eye, avoiding the eye socket.

Start by massaging from the inner corner of the eye towards the exterior.

Yes, it can, by massaging the eyebrow line.

The Dermieye device has no contraindications.

The ON/OFF button is also the MODE button.

To turn on the device, press the ON/OFF button for 5-10 seconds and you will hear a beep, followed by orange LED & the red LED Light on top of the device will also illuminate.

To switch off the device press the ON/OFF button for 5-10 seconds and you will hear a beep and it will switch off.

To switch to the Green LED light press the ON/OFF/MODE button just once, without holding down the button and the Orange LED light will start to flash and the Green LED light on top of the device will appear.  

The ON/OFF button is also the MODE button.

When connecting the Synergy device for charging you will hear a beep and the Red LED Light above the ON/OFF button will turn on.

When the battery is fully charged the Green LED light above the ON/OFF button will turn on.
The device is fully charged within 2 hours. Please avoid keeping it on charging for long periods, as it can damage the battery. 

If you connect the Synergy device to charging dock and the device is not reacting, not beeping and/or the Red LED light above the ON/OFF button doesn’t turn on, then the device is not charging, please contact the office for technical assistance.

The Synergy device can be used on clean dry skin, but also in conjunction with facial creams. For optimal result we recommend pairing your device with Opatra's skincare range.

For optimal results, we recommend to be used 3 times per week, for at least 1 month and continue using the device for maintenance at least 1 per week.

The first button bellow the neck is the ON/OFF button and the button below is to select the LED colour.
Press the ON/OFF button for 5-10 seconds and the Yellow LED will start to flash. To activate or select the LED colour please press the MODE button without holding it down and the LED light on the top of the device will illuminate. The small Yellow LED light will stop flashing.
To switch to a different colour LED press the MODE button to select the desired colour.
If the Yellow LED light is on but no LED lights illuminate at the top of the device, please contact our office for technical assistance. 

The device is equipped with a touch sensor, therefore it will start to vibrate when is in contact with the skin. Sometimes the vibration is intermittent due to the skins moisture. For optimal result we recommend pairing your device with Opatra's skincare range.

It’s recommended to use the Synergy Neck device 2-3 times per week, 10-15 minutes per session.

The Blue LED light which has antibacterial properties and continue with RED and Green LED light.
Blue light for 2-3 minutes, RED for 8-10 minutes, Green for 3-5 minutes.

If you are concern about pigmentation then use the Green light for 8-10 minutes and allocate less time to the RED light. 

If the Synergy Eye device doesn’t turn on, please place the device in the charging dock and leave the device to charge for 2 hours. Once this step is complete, turn on the device; if the Synergy Eye device is working, please contact our office for technical assistance.

Use the device at least 2-3 times per week 2-3 minutes on each eye.

For fine lines and expression lines, firstly apply your eye cream/serum and then massage with the Synergy Eye device from the outside corner of the eye inwards in circular movements.

For puffiness and dark circles, firstly apply your eye cream/serum on clean dry skin and then massage with the device starting from the inner corner of the eyebrow outwards, following the eyebrow line, and move down slowly underneath the eye area inwards to the inner corner of the eye , creating a circle around the eye area; repeat this action for 2-3 minutes at least for each eye.

Please DO NOT pass the orbital bone and DO NOT use inside the eye socket. 

The Lux Brush can be used every day for 10-15 minutes per session.

No, the Lux Brush, can only be used on dry hair.
Please do not use the Lux Brush with hair products, hair cosmetics can be applied only after the treatment.  

The battery should last for approx. 4 hours

If you are feeling unwell after use of the Lux Brush, please stop using the device and refer to the contraindication list in the user manual.

The Opatra Pure Brush can be used every day, in the morning and evening.

For an everyday cleanse we use recommenced using the inside smaller bristles for a soft cleanse and select intensity level according to your preference.

For a deeper cleanse and exfoliation, use the outer larger bristles, selecting the intensity level according to your preference, 1-2 times per week. 

To use the Glow Mask, it must be plugged in, as it is not a wireless device. The LED is set to an automatic, benefiting from all the three light properties, but it is not mandatory.

According to your preference you can focus on a particular LED light by using the lateral switch button on the frame. 

The minimum recommended time is 2-3 times per week for a period of 1-2 months, afterwards the device can be used once a week for maintenance.

The Glow Mask can be used on its own, on clean dry skin or it can be used in conjunction with cosmetics, a facial cream/serum.

If you are feeling unwell after using the Glow Mask, please discontinue using the device and check the contraindications list in the user manual.
