Sent away for a new charging cable for my Dermisonic. When it did not work I wrote an email. After sending correspondence and a copy of my original warranty guarantee the old unit was returned and today I got this in the post. A new unit complete with goggles and a charging cable. Truely a reliable company to do business with. First class old fashioned service. Not just a number a very personalised friendly service. Quality quality quality. In these days of scams etc it is a pleasure to do business with a reliable trustworthy company who care about their customers and their needs above profit. Cannot recommend them more. Wish them every success in the future. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. What goes aroun comes back ten fold

so glad I found the wire. bought the unit over 4 years ago and I thought I would not be able to use it anymore because I misplaced the wire when I moved house.
